The fish used in rolls is old and sashimi is mediocre. It used to be one of my favourite sushi restaurants in Kingston.

I first discovered this small, quaint spot in early 2015. It quickly became one of our favourite date spots with wonderful sushi platters made in a family-environment. Unfortunately, over the past few years the quality of the fish has decreased significantly, in addition to terrible service. Izumo used to have some of the best quality sushi in all of Kingston, but it has settled for mediocrity over time.
